Our valued team member is retiring and we are now looking to fill the position for a Part-time Book-keeper, to start immediately.
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years’ book keeping experience and at least 2 years experience of using Quick books and an understanding of Square payments.
The successful candidate must have:
. A sound understanding of Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet accounts
. Excellent computer skills including strong Excel Skills
. Strong verbal and written communication skills
. Great attention to detail
. Be highly organised and able to work to deadlines
. Able to work independently and in a team
. Handling accounts payable and receivable
. Generating financial and operational reports
