Ercol CC41 Windsor Chairs

The Windsor chair first appeared during the 17th century, remains a familiar part of the furnishing of British homes. The chairs bears the 'CC41' mark that identifies the Board of Trade's Utility Furniture, manufactured between 1941 and 1951. The chair, some seventy years later, survives as a testament to the intended quality of Utility furniture. We have four matching chairs in dark stained wood.
